Anyone is able to benefit from nearshoring, however we do specialize in certain lines of work specifically with law firms and with IT. Within what we specialize in there are no requirements that need to be met in order to be ‘ready’ for nearshoring, as we will work with you for anything that needs to be done for that process.
The best way that you can use nearshoring first comes with being open to new possibilities, perspectives, and ideas. Already your team is full of different people with different stories, our goal is to help you find someone that matches that same energy. The way that you can benefit the most from this is by being open to all the new things that are now within your each.
The most successful nearshoring teams embrace the diversity. Ecuazen Consultants are eager to work with US companies, but they also bring a different set of perspectives and experiences to your team. Different is not wrong. Just because your nearshore team may cost less does not mean they are less valuable. If you integrate your Latam people into your US team, people enjoy working across continents.
In short nothing, the people of your company now will simply have a new member to welcome to the team. There is no need to see things differently because the new member is out of country. There will be a smooth transition of people from our care to yours through our experience.
Full-time employees in Ecuador work a scheduled eight hours per day, and are aligned with US timezones. Labor laws in Ecuador require additional compensation at a higher rate for hours over eight in a single day, hours over forty in a calendar week, and for any hours worked on Saturdays or Sundays. Any hours outside of the regularly scheduled eight hours per working day will be billed on a time and materials basis.
Let Ecuazen take care of all the HR tasks for your admin team. No more time spent reading resumes and sitting through interviews. We have an experienced nearshore team to handle recruiting, payroll, and HR. You do not need to manage benefits or compliance.
As part of staffing, Ecuazen provides full HR support for your nearshore team at no additional cost.
